Pharaonic Egypt and Abu Simbel is a 9-day, 8-night journey that combines the great attractions of Cairo with a complete Nile River cruise and a special experience in Abu Simbel. The trip begins with a visit to the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre, and then continues to Luxor, where the cruise begins with visits to the Temples of Luxor and Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. The route continues through Edfu, Kom Ombo and Aswan, including the High Dam, the Temple of Philae and a felucca ride on the Nile.
The experience is completed with a night in Abu Simbel, where you visit its impressive temples carved into the rock and the Sound and Light Show is included. You then return to Cairo to end the trip. It is an ideal proposal for those who want to discover the main pharaonic treasures of Egypt and add to the experience one of the country's most emblematic monuments.

Itinerary
Day 1
CAIRO
Arrival at Cairo International Airport, with Spanish-speaking assistance at the airport before passport control. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 2
CAIRO
Breakfast. Half-day visit to the Three Pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure), the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre "entrance to the interior of the Pyramids not included". Return to the hotel and accommodation.
In the afternoon, optional visit to the Saqqara Necropolis and the City of Memphis, capital of the Old Kingdom. In the evening, optional visit to the Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids.

Day 3
CAIRO / LUXOR
Half Board. Free day, or you can fly directly to Luxor. Optional full-day visit to the city of Cairo: the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the Citadel of Saladin with its Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the Coptic Quarter and the Khan El-Khalili Market. In the afternoon, transfer to Cairo International Airport and domestic flight to Luxor. Arrival in Luxor. Transfer to the ship. Later in the afternoon, visit to the East Bank in Luxor: the Luxor and Karnak Temples. Return to the ship. Night on board.
Day 4
LUXOR / ESNA / EDFU
Full Board. In the morning, visit to the West Bank in Luxor: the Theban Necropolis, the Valley of the Kings, the Funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut known as Deir El-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. At the scheduled time, we will set sail for Esna. We will pass through the Esna Lock and continue sailing toward Edfu. Night on board.
Day 5
EDFU / KOM OMBO / ASWAN
Full Board. Arrival in Edfu and visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. Sailing toward Kom Ombo. Arrival in Kom Ombo and visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only one dedicated to two deities: the crocodile-headed god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Haroeris. Sailing toward Aswan. Night on board.
Day 6
ASWAN
Full Board. In the morning, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Temple of Philae. In the afternoon, a felucca ride on the Nile River (typical Egyptian sailboats), from which we can admire and enjoy a panoramic visit to the Aga Khan Mausoleum, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Garden. Night on board.
Day 7
ASWAN / ABU SIMBEL
Half Board. Disembarkation. Road transfer to Abu Simbel. Arrival at the hotel. In the afternoon, departure for the included road excursion to the famous Abu Simbel Temples. In the evening, we will attend the Sound and Light Show at the Abu Simbel Temples. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 8
ABU SIMBEL / ASWAN / CAIRO
Breakfast. Road transfer to Aswan International Airport and domestic flight back to Cairo. Arrival in Cairo. Transfer to the hotel. Optional buffet dinner with a folkloric show on a floating boat on the Nile River. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 9
CAIRO
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to Cairo International Airport, with Spanish-speaking assistance at the airport. End of our services.
