Itinerary
Day 1
/ BANGKOK
Upon arrival at Bangkok International Airport, we will be greeted and transferred to our hotel. Free time. Overnight.
Day 2
BANGKOK
In the morning, after our energizing breakfast, we will head out to see a marvel that will leave us speechless: the “Grand Palace of Bangkok.” It is a complex of buildings in Bangkok that served as the official residence of the King of Thailand from the 18th century until the mid-20th century. The palace is still in use, however, because many royal rituals are carried out here by the King every year. Next, we will go to Wat Pho, known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. It is a Buddhist temple in the Phra Nakhon district. Lunch. The rest of the day is free. Overnight.
Day 3
BANGKOK
After our delicious breakfast, we will have this day completely free to enjoy any OPTIONAL ACTIVITY, such as visiting the famous Floating Market and the Mae Klong train, where we can take the most authentic photo of Thailand, or you can simply stroll the streets of this beautiful city. Overnight.
Day 4
BANGKOK / AYUTTHAYA / SUKHOTHAI
After our breakfast, we will set out by road for Ayutthaya. On the way we will stop in Kanchanaburi, where we will visit the bridge over the River Kwai, one of the most famous rivers in this area. We will continue to Ayutthaya, where upon arrival we will visit the ruins of the Ayutthaya historical park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch. We will go on to Sukhothai. Overnight.
Day 5
SUKHOTHAI / LAMPANG / CHIANG RAI
After breakfast, departure to visit the archaeological ruins of the first capital of the Kingdom of Siam. The Sukhothai kingdom is regarded as the golden age of Thai civilization, and the religious art and architecture of the period are considered the most classical of the Thai styles. The original capital was surrounded by three concentric ramparts and two moats crossed by four gates. Visit to the historical park of this ancient capital and its most important temples. Our next stop will be at a MUAY THAI school, the national sport of Thailand. We will be able to learn the basic techniques of this sport with the teacher, a former boxing champion. Lunch. We will continue to Chiang Rai. Arrival in Chiang Rai, where we will visit Wat Rong Suea Ten, or the Blue Temple. Overnight.
Day 6
CHIANG RAI / CHIANG MAI
Breakfast. We will set out to visit the White Temple, Wat Rong Khun. We will continue to Chiang Mai, the Rose of the North and the most important city in the region. Its origins date back to the Lanna Kingdom in the 13th century. The old city is surrounded by a moat and walls. Arrival and visit to Wat Doi Suthep, or the Sacred Mountain Temple, one of the most visited and most beautiful temples in Thailand. Its origin is wrapped in a beautiful legend about a monk named Sumanaost who, in the year 1300, found a relic that was said to belong to the Buddha himself. Lunch. The rest of the day is free. Overnight.
Day 7
CHIANG MAI
Breakfast. You will have the day free to enjoy this unique place. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Elephant camp, where there will be free time to walk around and discover every corner of the camp. You will then enjoy an unforgettable show in which these incredible animals put their skills into practice, followed by a jungle ride on elephant back amid an enchanting jungle landscape. We will visit the village where the long-neck (giraffe) women live. We will continue with a visit to an orchid farm. Lunch (not included in the basic travel package but included in this optional activity). OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Bathing with elephants. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Visit to the MUAY THAI fights. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: ENJOY A THAI MASSAGE in your room. Overnight.
Day 8
CHIANG MAI / PHUKET
Breakfast. In the morning, we will head to Chiang Mai International Airport to take a domestic flight to Phuket (not included). Arrival in Phuket. The rest of the day is completely free, to enjoy the beautiful beach or relax at the hotel. Overnight.
Day 9
PHUKET
After our delicious breakfast, we will have the rest of the day free. However, you can take an OPTIONAL ACTIVITY by speedboat to the beautiful “Phi Phi” Islands, a small archipelago in the Andaman Sea, in southern Thailand, which in recent years has become a very popular tourist destination; afterwards, we will return to our hotel in Phuket. Overnight.
Day 10
PHUKET
After our delicious breakfast, we will have the rest of the day free. However, you can take an OPTIONAL ACTIVITY in which we will travel to “Phang Nga,” a beautiful province of Thailand. Phang Nga Bay has a beauty comparable to Halong Bay in Vietnam. Enormous, lush green limestone cliffs rise out of turquoise waters, creating a spectacular visual impact. It is a geological jewel with islets, lagoons, mangroves, caves and deep caverns. The bay is protected and therefore ideal for kayaking all year round. Afterwards, we will return to our hotel in Phuket. Overnight.
Day 11
PHUKET
After our breakfast, we will have the day completely free to enjoy any OPTIONAL ACTIVITY of your own choosing. Overnight.
Day 12
PHUKET / - - -
Breakfast. In the morning, we will head to Phuket International Airport. End of our services.
